Sportszu has two main advertising options. The first option
is fixed-spot advertising on the site while the second option is rotational
banner system. Payments for advertising are typically a fixed sum for a
predefined period of time, charged in terms of either banner exposure or number
of clicks on the banner. At the moment, Sportszu does not accept more than 5
adverts on the site.
(a) Fixed
Advertisement Spot Option
If you desire to have your advert connected directly to a
specific section or page of the site and do not want to have your advert
rotated within a pool of many other banners, this option is ideal for you. The
option ensures your ad shows even after the user reloads the page and no other
banner will “interfere” on your banner spot. You are allowed to have several of
your own banners alternate or shown on this spot. The disadvantage of
fixed-spot advertising on our site is that your banner will not be placed on
all pages, meaning the number of times your advert is displayed will probably
not be maximized. We do not provide this option for 728x 90 banners on the top
of the site, but if you decide to sponsor a particular page on the site, then
we can help you out.
We have 5 advertising plans for the Fixed-Spot Option:
(i) Plan 1: 728x90
banners on top of all pages at Sportszu.blogspot.com. You only qualify for this
option if you have a longer deal of at least 6 months to 1 year. Prices upon

(ii) Plan 2: Fixed
200x200 banner high on the left of all pages on Sportszu.blogspot.com. This
banner will not be rotated with other advertisers.
(iii) Plan 3: Two
banners, 468x60 on Prediction Pages, located on the upper half of the page.
Remember, more than 70% of all traffic on this site goes to the Prediction
pages, so it is quite a great visibility spot for adverts. We recommend that
you run “live” banners with frequently updated future matches on this spot.
(iv) Plan 4: 500x30
banner on the topic thread pages.
(v) Plan 5: A big
120x600 or 160x600 banner placed on the right hand of the sidebar.

(b) Rotation
Policies
All advertisement banners are rotated at the bottom and at
the top of all pages. For adverts according to Plan 1 above, each advertiser is
accorded at least 20% of the total banner impressions (1/5). If we have fewer
than 5 advertisers, more banner impressions will hence be allocated to the
remaining advertisers.
For Text Ads, we will fix them on the right of every subpage
on this site.
Banner Size
All adverts on this site must be with banners of size 728x90
pixels, 200x200 pixels, 500x30 pixels, 120x60 pixels, or the button size (max
88x31 pixel) banner. We recommend, though don’t strictly enforce, that you keep
the file size as small as possible (preferably below 15 Kb). Animated GIF
banners are allowed, but we do not serve Flash banners. If you have any
questions, please ask. We are quite flexible.
We also offer “skyscrapers”, 120x600 or 160x600 pixels. For

Advertising Content
Sportszu is a site for people with interest in sports betting.
Therefore, adverts for related services should be targeted properly at the
audience. The content for an advert is completely up to the advertiser, but we
reserve the right to reject ads based solely on our discretion. Any banners
with adult content are not allowed.
What Do We Mean By Exposure?
An exposure means each time your banner; image or text is
displayed to a web browser. It is the method used by almost all advertising
places on the internet and is more accurate measurement than a click-through,
because click-throughs per exposure ratio may actually vary depending on how
appealing the ad is and how targeted the audience is. If a reader visits a page
and then surfs out to another page and back to the first page visited, then
this is counted as a new exposure.
Prices
Sportszu provides advertising based on the terms highlighted
above. Our advertising space is offered at fixed prices, but we can also accept
combined deals with revenue share and flat fees. We don’t accept CPA, CPM etc.
While we prefer fixed prices for our advertising space, we are quite willing to
discuss a lower price for long-term customers of at least 6 months. For our
